The PTNE Division consists of Collier Area Transit (rideCAT), Collier Area ParaTransit (CATConnect) and the Municipal Services Taxing Unit (MSTU) Sections. We are committed to providing services that enhance the quality of life for our residents and visitors.
The PTNE Division works with community members to develop and enhance their neighborhoods beyond the level of service provided with general fund dollars. We also work to provide mobility options that improve access to various destinations, reduce congestion on our roadways and limit the impact on the carbon footprint to protect the environment.
